What is a session like?
To begin your session, we will talk about your answers to specific questions you will have contemplated in preparation for our work together.
I will be listening for you to reveal, through this conversation, what is your own personal doorway to your Higher Self and past lives. It varies by the person and circumstance. It can be a dream vision, a strong attraction or aversion to a certain person, era or place, body positions or pains, repetitive thoughts or sayings, or déjà vu and coincidences, among others.
Once I hear what the key to the doorway is, we easily move through that doorway through brief guided visualization. During the journey into your deeper past, I will ask only non-leading questions and you will respond verbally. Your Higher Self guides the process, based on what you are ready to heal and learn, bringing out only the most essential information and experiences to meet your goals for the session. You will experience only what is for your highest and best because the guidance comes from within you. I always allow the session to end naturally, regardless of the time.
